Physical Products
All sales of physical products are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its product description.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality, including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item.
If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at xiaoyu@sumeru-labs.com. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
If you are unsure about a product before purchasing, feel free to email us at xiaoyu@sumeru-labs.com. We are happy to provide additional details or photos to help you make your decision before placing an order.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products.
